Not sure what your room needs?

Start with the Layout.

I create personalized furniture layout plans that help you make confident decisions before spending money on the wrong solution.

See what's possible before you spend the money

Same room. Two different possibilities.

A furniture layout plan lets you see what works before you buy something, replace something, or start changing the room itself.

Whether you have a room full of furniture, a few pieces you love, or an entirely empty space, we can start with what you have and figure out what the room actually needs.

We can work with what you have.

Figure out what's missing.

Decide what's worth replacing.

Or start completely from scratch.

Because there isn't one right way to make a room work.

You've tried everything.

You've rearranged the furniture.

You've searched

Pinterest.

You've asked friends, family— maybe even strangers online.

You've wondered if you need new furniture.

You've started thinking maybe this room just can't work.

When you've run out of ideas, it's easy to assume you've run out of options.

You haven't.

Before changing the room, See what the room can do.

This living room is almost 23 feet long, but only 10 feet wide at its narrowest point, with two doorways leading into the space.

The homeowners weren't sure how to arrange furniture in such a long, narrow room and were considering removing the wall between the living room and entry to create more space.

The catch? It's a load-bearing wall. Removing it wouldn't be a small project.

Could the room work well just the way it was?

So before changing the house, I wanted to answer a simpler question:

Could the room work well just the way it was?

It could.

With a layout built around the room's actual dimensions, there was space for a sectional, two chairs, and clear paths through both doorways — without removing a wall.

Sometimes the room doesn't need to change. You just need to see what else is possible.

Before you spend another dollar...

Before you buy new furniture.

Before you knock out a wall.

Before you start

over.

Start with the layout.

Because when the layout makes sense, every decision that follows gets easier.

Hi, I'M Paige

I spent nearly 20 years helping people buy furniture, and layout came first then too.

I'd ask people to sketch their room and bring me the dimensions. I'd draw the space to scale on graph paper, make little furniture cutouts, and work through the possibilities before they placed an order.

Because beautiful furniture doesn't help much if it doesn't work in the room.

Today the graph paper has been replaced by 3D software, but the way I work really hasn't changed.

I help you make the plan before you make the purchase.

I believe homes should support real life.

Not Sure where to start?

You don't need to know exactly what's wrong with your room or which kind of support you need before you reach out.

Send me a message and tell me a little about what's going on with your space. I'll take a look and we can go from there.

Or, if you'd rather talk it through, book a free Clarity Call.

It's a short conversation about your room, what isn't working, what you're hoping to change, and whether personalized layout support would be a good fit.

You don't need measurements or a plan before we talk - just a few photos of your room.
